So I woke up this morning and my body is just screaming at me. It hurts so badly. So today instead of a tough workout I am going to do ballet. It will be hard but better for my body. I dont have the urge to eat anything right now but it is only 8 am. I have been sleeping better, and eating better I am not craving pasta all the time.
I love working out I love the feeling of sore muscles it feels like I am getting somewhere.. :) yay I cant wait for my new body to get here. I cant wait for our cruise. IT is going to be soooo awsome. I learned how to do a breaded fish.
one piece of fish like samon or tuna
a slice of white bread
stack on top and cut off extra
butter one side like you would for grilled cheese
and cook that way. serve with steamed veggies..
I am allergic to fish but tried this anyway and was able to eat a few bites.. I am building up a tolerance. So far so good.
So heres to another day, another lb and a step to the new you..
