Ok this is the first day. And I am not really proud of my weight, inches, or any fitness level that I have. But that is all going to change. I am ready for that change, not for a guy, for my mom , for my friends but for me. I am the only one that needs this change. So here it is. My starting weight and each fridays weight.. I will also be posting my Mile.. I am working on a personal goal of an 8 min mile. Something I could do in highschool. So i am ready for it. Here we go..

Weight- 268.4 LBS
Mile time- 14:22 min

This is me...187.8 and couldn't even tell you what my mile would be right now. But, my fastest ever was a 9:36 (short legs)...LOL
ReplyDeleteAs for a workout, I plan on getting a Jillian Michaels video or two and then a quick jog everyday. What do you plan on doing for workouts?
