Dear friends,
Thank you for joining my journey to find a better me. I am so proud that you wanted to join me. Let me explain how I would like this to go.
Each day I ask that you work out 20 min. Thats all ! Every friday is a weigh in. I will be POSTING my weight. You are welcome to do that as well, but if not then just let us know if you gained or lost. :)
I am starting this blog to host our feelings and our thoughts about this process.
Also to post great recipes, or workout tips. This is a great place for support, and comfort, as each of us is going through tthe same thing.
So Aug 1 2011 is the first day. I will be posting my starting weight, no lies, no excusses.. Just the raw me. I will continue to post every friday for one full year.. after one year on AUG 1 2012 if I have reached my goals I will be heading to Vegas. Where I am hoping with all the hard work you have put in you will be able to join me.
Now I know it seems like a lot of time and money. BUt if you commit to just 20 min a day 5 days a week, and every 2 weeks put 20 dollars aside. THen I know this will be a piece of cake.
MMMMMM CAKE! . So what are you waiting for lets get this show on the road..
Im here for you as I know you will always be there for me.

Im Back and ready to go.

Hello out there, I know I dont post on here often but I have been super busy with 2 jobs and life. :) I have been doing really well working out and losing the weight but I am not there yet.. I gained some of my weight back but thats ok I just have to work that much harder. :) I have started a video blog and I will be posting it to help me.. IF you all could help me stay motivated I would really be greatful :) Thanks Here we go again :)

A new morning

So I woke up this morning and my body is just screaming at me. It hurts so badly. So today instead of a tough workout I am going to do ballet. It will be hard but better for my body. I dont have the urge to eat anything right now but it is only 8 am. I have been sleeping better, and eating better I am not craving pasta all the time.
I love working out I love the feeling of sore muscles it feels like I am getting somewhere.. :) yay I cant wait for my new body to get here. I cant wait for our cruise. IT is going to be soooo awsome. I learned how to do a breaded fish.

one piece of fish like samon or tuna
a slice of white bread
stack on top and cut off extra
butter one side like you would for grilled cheese
and cook that way. serve with steamed veggies..
I am allergic to fish but tried this anyway and was able to eat a few bites.. I am building up a tolerance. So far so good.
So heres to another day, another lb and a step to the new you..

OH OUCH!

OH boy, my backside hurts.. All that jumping rope has hurt my butt. OH WELL it is going to be so worth it. :) here are a list of all my achs and pain.

  1. my butt
  2. my arms
  3. my shins
  4. my legs
  5. my hand
  6. my hair (yes my hair< to many pony tails)
  7. my toes
  8. my eyes..

ok well that is about it. LOL I am super excited that I changed the trip from vegas to a cruise. I cant wait to go. I hope all of you are really keeping up with the workouts. I dont really have a work out buddy or really the time to run to the gym so I have started skyping my friends and working out with them . :) just using what we have :)

I want to see you all working out.. Lets hear your results.. :)

A new day

Wow it is Febuary 1st already. Time is starting to fly but still standing still. Another great work out down. It feels good. I also realized i need to buy new bras.. lol becuase I have lost like 4 in in my breasts.. LOL not really where I want to lose it but oh well.. I am excited to do the little black dress challange.. I cant wait to see all your black dresses.. I am making mine. I just cant find one I really like. so I am going to make it. YAYA

YAY I got in!!!

WOw sorry friends, I couldnt get into my blog.. I tried resetting it. but wow they make that hard to do. So Im back.. YAY ME>. I never stopped exercising all this time that I was away.. I have had a hard last few months. TO sum it all up. I lost my job, which made me lose my apartment, right before thanksgiving. Then right after thanksgiving my brother becuase very ill and was put in the hospital. I went to missouri to be with the family. Right after christmas my brother died and I was left with a hole in my heart. I came home at the begining of January and am back on track for a better me.. :) thank you all for your wonderful support during this really hard time in my life. I am not ready to let him go, but I am ready to accept and move forward. So lets get back on track.
:) .. Any one have any really good recipies? I would love to have some fresh Ideas.. I will be posting weight soon.
